Today was full of surprises. Shawn called me at the end of the day and said he got out of work early and wanted to meet me at Applebees for dinner. When I got there, all of my coworkers were there to give me a farewell dinner before I leave ESL. Then, they surprised me by having the wait staff sing to me and bring out an ice cream sunday for my birthday. It was really a great night, and it showed me how much people appreciate me.
