Well...nothing new really. I have been made a Coop at work. Yet another position that I have filled at RIT's wonderful College of Business. We just underwent a complete reorganization, and I found out that the Academic Advisor position has officially been created, so I am hoping to get that position now. I started training Russell for the EMBA Graduate Assistant position. He is a riot...a lot of fun to work with.
On another note, I am entering into my final quarter of my master's program. One class left. So close, yet so far away. It will go by fast though I'm sure. Then, before we know it, Tara's wedding will be here. That will be so much fun. I can't wait!
Mom had a mini stroke last week and got us all a little nervous (I think she just likes the attention, so she pulls this crap once every couple of years). She went to the doctor's again today, and he said there was a slim to none chance that she would have another one. She just has to take an aspirin a day. She left the Doctor's office with a Thomas the Tank Engine sticker though, because she was such a good girl there. She didn't get a sticker the first time she went (to the ER) because she wasn't a good girl. She tried to leave before the doctor gave her permission. She didn't make a good choice that day, so she didn't get a sticker. Maybe she will listen to her doctors from now on (or maybe not, because she is mom and she's stubborn, just too damn strong-willed for her own good).
Anyways...that is all I have for now. Never say I shoulda' (gone to the damn doctor and called my kids when I thought "hmmm...I might have just had a mini stroke, or at least something isn't quite right and I need to go to the doctor")
