Russell explained to me today that I am being a sheep, and that is why I am not getting a job. He told me I need to be a wolf and be assertive. He told me to go to the upcomming career fair, find a potential employer, walk up to them with my head held high, give them a firm hand shake and introduce myself, telling them that I am motivated by money and success and that I have a passion for business. I told him to go ahead and be the wolf, become a CEO of a big company and then hire me as his sheep. And about that firm hand shake, Russell shook hands with our new secretary today and I literally heard every bone in her hand crack. It was pretty funny actually.

So, I am trying to look at the lighter side of life and this whole job search stuff. Basically I am putting it out of my mind for now, because the best opportunities fall into your lap when you aren't looking for them. On Saturday I am going to take it very easy and have a nice day with mom. We are going to have lunch at this mexican restraunt in Geneva, then go to Papillon to find a mother of the bride dress for tara's wedding, then we are going to end the day with a 60 minute swedish massage at Park West Salon and Spa in Canandaigua. I am really excited! I think it will definately be a good day to live MacDougal!
